30-Day Return Window

We want you to love what you ordered. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. Items returned outside this window will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Undamaged and in original condition
  • All original tags still attached

Non-Returnable Items

Final Call items are a final saleand cannot be returned or exchanged. Any other items marked “final sale” on the product page are also non-returnable. All other eligible items may be returned within the 30-day window if they meet the condition requirements above.

How to Start a Return

  1. Sign into your account and go to your order history
  2. Select the order and item(s) you wish to return
  3. Choose your preferred refund option and follow the prompts
  4. Print the prepaid return label sent to your email
  5. Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location

Processing Time

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds to your original payment method may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
